Point Line Area: A Percussion Ritual for 64 Percussionists

I would like to talk about the POINT LINE AREA project, inspired by Aboriginal paintings, and realised at the Ruhrtriennale in Duisburg in September 2021. I would – if you are happy with that – give a short introduction about myself and then talk about how the idea came about, how I developed the musical idea, and how I approached the realisation of the project with more than 50 musicians. I will also explain the notation system, and how the music was coordinated.
